Board of Building and Zoning Appeals

The Board of Building and Zoning Appeals hears and decides appeals presented by citizens regarding the current building and zoning codes. The Board consists of four citizens, a City Council member, and a staff representative. The Board of Building and Zoning Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Members: Keith Desserich, Michael Hock, Tom Mowry, John Braun, Will Papa (City Council representative), and Terry Vanderman (Staff representative).

A request for a permit to construct an attached garage to the front of the existing home at 73 West Hill Lane, Wyoming, OH  45215 was denied as the proposal violates the provisions of Sections 1153.04 (a) and 1153.04 (b) of the Code which regulate the front and side yard setbacks.

3.         Wyoming Glen/Victoria Estates, Wyoming, OH  45215  Case #8-10

A request for a permit to renew (extend) the variance approval for a series of directional and informational signs on and within the Wyoming Glen/Victoria Estates Planned Unit Development, Wyoming, OH  45215 was denied as the proposal violates the requirements of Section 1331.04 (h) (1) of the City of Wyoming Codified Ordinances.
