Wyoming Income Tax Department
The Tax Commissioner for the City of Wyoming is responsible for the work of the tax office. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and can be reached by calling 821.9731 or emailing iivey@wyoming.oh.us.
The Wyoming Income Tax Code imposes an income tax on all residents of Wyoming. Effective 1/1/05, the income tax is .08 percent based on the Ohio Adjusted Gross Income (State form, line 3, IT-1040, line 1 E-Z Form). While the tax forms are available from our website, it should be noted that tax forms cannot be transmitted electronically nor emailed to the Tax Commissioner.
