Community Improvement Corporation
The Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) was created in 1991 for the purposes of advancing, encouraging and promoting industrial, economic, commercial, distribution, research development, residential and civic development and specifically to implement the City Urban Design Plan (Master Plan).
The Community Improvement Corporation membership consists of seven trustees representing City Council, the Planning Commission, Economic Development Commission, and the community at-large. Meetings are generally held on the first Friday of every other month at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Room of the City Building, 800 Oak Avenue.
Trustees: Jon B. Boss (Secretary and Planning Commission representative), Tim Cavanaugh (Treasurer), Lynn Crider (At-Large representative), Al Delgado (Vice Mayor), Chris Harmon (Vice-Chair and Economic Development Commission representative), Barry Porter (Mayor), Fred Robbins (Chair), and Lynn Tetley (City Manager, Staff representative).
Meeting minutes will be posted once they are approved by the Trustees at their next meeting.
